Designed for the real estate student who has a basic understanding of
the fundamental concepts of real estate. It is a study of the
knowledge and applied skills involved in the listing, selling, buying
and closing of residential property. The intent is to prepare students
to perform satisfactorily as a beginner in the real estate business.
Completion of Module 2 and its prerequisite course, Module
1, will satisfy the educational requirements for a salesperson's
license in Idaho. |
